We help you find the best flight for your trip
MytripGenius was born from one traveler's frustration with the gap between flight search tools and what planning a real trip actually requires. We wanted something that saw the full picture — not just one departure date and one destination.
About us
Why we built this
I needed to travel for 20 days in July, for 3 people. On search tools like Google Flights and Skyscanner, the fare kept landing around €1,350 — no matter which dates I tried. My expectation was €1,000, and I was close to giving up on the trip.
That's when it hit me: the only way to know if a better price exists is to check every possible fare, for every possible date. There's no middle ground — either you know everything, or you're guessing.
I built a spreadsheet and did the math by hand. I lost hours comparing hundreds of combinations, until I found a single sweet spot at €1,000. I booked all 3 tickets and saved over €1,000 on the trip.
MytripGenius was built to do that math for you — automatically, for any trip. We take your possible dates and destinations, map out every valid combination, and hand you the Genius Pick: the option worth booking, and the reason why.
Why the current alternatives fall short
Flight search tools show you one option, or a few — never all of them. You book what shows up, not the best one.
Deal clubs and promo sites advertise "unmissable offers" — but they're almost never for your dates or your destination. The right flight isn't luck, it's arithmetic.
Miles and points programs turn into a part-time job — transfer bonuses, seat availability, which program's worth the most. Even after all that, your dates may not be available.
None of these look at your whole trip. MytripGenius does.
What we stand for
Clarity over clutter
Most search tools hand you hundreds of results and leave the work to you. We do that work — and hand you an answer.
An honest recommendation
The Genius Pick is always the best option among direct flights and short connections — never the lowest price at the cost of a long or complicated layover. We show you what we'd book, and why.
Real trips, not generic searches
We build the actual combinations that fit your trip — your dates, destinations, and constraints — not one-size-fits-all results that do not match your plans.
Nothing to lose by looking
You'll see prices and savings for direct flights, short connections, and the lowest price before you spend a cent. Pay only when you're ready for the full details.
