Terms of Service

1. The service

MytripGenius provides a trip analysis service. We analyse real flight options based on your travel plans and deliver a report that includes a Genius Pick recommendation, a Typical Price benchmark, alternative options, and booking links. We do not book flights on your behalf. All booking is done directly by you through third-party platforms.

2. What you are paying for

Each purchase covers one trip analysis. A trip analysis is a single review of your travel plans as submitted. If your plans change significantly after submission, a new purchase may be required. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and is non-refundable except as described in our Guarantee below.

3. The Genius Pick guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our recommendations. Our guarantee works as follows:

• If the Genius Pick does not show a saving of at least the purchase price versus the Typical Price shown in your analysis, we will issue a full refund.
• The saving is calculated as: Typical Price minus Genius Pick Price.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your analysis.
• The guarantee applies to the prices shown in your analysis at the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee prices remain available after delivery.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver your trip analysis within 24 hours of receiving your completed trip request. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

5. Accuracy and limitations

Flight prices change frequently. The prices, options, and recommendations in your analysis reflect market conditions at the time the analysis was conducted. MytripGenius cannot guarantee that prices remain available after delivery. Booking links are provided for your convenience and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of third-party booking platforms.

6. Your responsibilities

When using MytripGenius, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete travel information when submitting a trip request
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Keep your account credentials confidential

7. Intellectual property

All content, methodology, and software used to deliver the MytripGenius service is owned by MytripGenius. Your trip analysis report is for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of liability

MytripGenius is an advisory service. We are not liable for any booking decisions you make based on our recommendations, for changes in flight prices or availability after delivery, or for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
