Terms of Service

1. The service

MytripGenius maps every version of your trip, prices all options with live flight data, and delivers a report with a Genius Pick recommendation, a Typical Price benchmark, alternative options, and booking links. By default, all booking is done directly by you through third-party platforms. As an optional service currently offered on a trial basis, you may request that MytripGenius arrange the booking on your behalf; this is provided manually, with no guarantee of availability, price, or response time, and additional terms may apply.

2. What you are paying for

Each purchase covers one trip. A trip is a single set of travel plans as submitted. Before paying anything, you can preview the Typical Price, the best price found, your savings across flight categories — direct flights, short connections, and lowest overall price — and your Genius Pick, the option we recommend booking. Your card is charged once, at the time of purchase, to unlock the full report: exact dates, trip length, stops, and direct booking links. If your plans change significantly after submission, a new purchase may be required.

3. Seeing your savings before you pay

Before you pay, MytripGenius shows you the Typical Price, the best price found, your savings for each flight category we compare — direct flights, short connections, and lowest overall price — and your Genius Pick, the option we recommend booking. This preview does not include exact dates, trip length, stops, or booking links. Those are unlocked once your one-time payment is completed. Payment is final; MytripGenius does not offer refunds after the full report is unlocked, except where required by applicable law.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver your trip report within a few minutes of receiving your completed trip request. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

5. Accuracy and limitations

Flight prices change frequently. The prices, options, and recommendations in your report reflect market conditions at the time the report was produced. MytripGenius cannot guarantee that prices remain available after delivery. Booking links are provided for your convenience and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of third-party booking platforms.

6. Your responsibilities

When using MytripGenius, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete travel information when submitting a trip request
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Keep your account credentials confidential

7. Intellectual property

All content, methodology, and software used to deliver the MytripGenius service is owned by MytripGenius. Your trip report is for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of liability

MytripGenius is an advisory service. We are not liable for any booking decisions you make based on our recommendations, for changes in flight prices or availability after delivery, or for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the trip report in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
